Bulldogs - Puppies - Puppy Care
Unfortunately, Bulldogs are predisposed to a variety of health disorders. The most common problems are skin ailments, bone injuries, eye and breathing problems, and a few others. A great deal of them originates from poor inheritance. Still, numerous diseases are caused by inappropriate upkeep.
Buy your puppy from a trustworthy breeder. Follow veterinarians' recommendations when choosing products for the Bulldog. Make sure your puppy is placed properly. Keep in mind that Bulldogs are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Do not start training sessions just after the Bulldog has had meal. Try to prevent your puppy from high jumps in order to avoid injuries. Bulldogs under the age of nine months have very fragile bones.
Before you bring a cute puppy home, get ready for this event. Buy a crate, various toys and chewies, water and food dishes, leash and collar, grooming tools, such as a comb, a rubber hand comb, nail clippers and the like.
A puppy requires plenty of love and attention. Be careful with feeding your pup. To make a puppy as comfortable as possible, your puppy should be given the same sort of food as it was in the breeder's home. The puppy's diet should be changed gradually and wisely in order to avoid digestive problems. Creating a close bond with your puppy is essential to have a long-lasting relationship with your family pet. Remember that Bulldogs are unique dogs that deserve your love and pay back with devotion and loyalty.
